Summer House Provides the Ultimate Pool Party Experience
This holiday home features glass walls on all sides and a triangular-shaped pool with an inverted roof for pool party fun!
Once fall arrives, all we want to do is escape to the beach for one last warm weekend – as long as that means staying here, in our imaginary Summer House.
Anti Reality’s concept home offers complete immersion into nature and provides panoramic, 360-degree views from floor-to-ceiling windows and the massive pool on top of its roof.
“Anti Reality says their summer house concept was designed with seasonal recreation and weekend getaways outside the city in mind.”
“One of the key design goals was to construct an open structure, offering people the chance to observe and interact directly with nature.”
Designer John DiMaggio envisions that his home would sit on a rocky seaside area near an open body of water to seamlessly fill and drain its rooftop pool, accessible via an external ladder.
Anti Reality’s explanation states: “Water levels in a reservoir can be managed using a siphonic drainage system,” which will enable administrators to keep an eye on how much is in it.
Downpipes installed inside of a building could assist with filling and emptying out roof spaces in times of disuse.
